Dani has been working as a massage therapist since 2006. Her passion for her work has continued to grow and evolve. Most importantly, she still finds it fun. It is her goal to be part of helping her clients to achieve a state of optimal physical health, because she knows that it is hard to enjoy life when you are constantly in pain. She understands that her clients are not carbon copies of each other and therefore adapts her approach to each individual she works with.
In 2008 Dani moved to Central America and spent three years living there. In that time she had the opportunity to do bodywork on people from all over the world. For this reason she feels confident in working on people with all different bodytypes and from different cultural backgrounds. Dani is very adept in various massage techniques such as deep tissue, sports, passive and active stretching, neuromuscular, myofascial release and prenatal, and is able to appropriately integrate those modalities into her massages as she sees fit. These techniques are very effective in addressing chronic pain as well making one less prone to soft tissue injuries in the future. She has a clear understanding of the body’s anatomy and enjoys applying this knowledge to her work. Dani has been part of The Sports Massage Team of Colorado since 2007 and has had the opportunity to work with many avid cyclists and runners. Because of this, she is familiar with the common sports injuries that plague athletes and is able to address them appropriately. Dani takes her own health very seriously and looks forward to working with individuals who feel the same way about their own bodies.
